D.A.R.E. - Teaching Students Decision Making for Safe & Healthy Living

D.A.R.E. envisions a world in which students everywhere are empowered to respect others and choose to lead lives free from violence, substance use and other dangerous behaviors. In 1999, the Kansas legislature established the D.A.R.E. Coordinator's Office within the  Attorney General’s office. Since then, the effort have grown to include School Resource Officers and other law enforcement teaching the program in schools across Kansas.

KSJOA greatly appreciates the continued support from the Kansas Attorney General for helping us to bring this important program to Kansas kids.

For more information about D.A.R.E., please visit the Kansas Attorney General's Office D.A.R.E webpage, D.A.R.E. America webpage or contact the Attorney General's Statewide D.A.R.E. Coordinator at (785) 368-8438.
