Hotel Reservations
Discounted conference rooms at $107/night are available through June 18 or until they are filled.  If you cannot register for the conference until after June 18, please consider going ahead and making your hotel reservations now to secure your room.  The credit card you put on the reservation is only to hold the room.  You can present a different card at check-in for payment.

KSJOA Conference Fee ($250)
Register for the conference using the online system (click on "Register" in the left navigation bar).  You may pay with a credit card or select "invoice" and mail a check to KSJOA.

If your agency is paying with a check, please mail the check payable to "KSJOA" with a copy of the conference invoice to:

Conference Fee Cancellation and Refund Policy
On or before June 30:  Cancellations with a full refund of the conference fee may be requested through the online registration system.

On or after July 7:  No refunds will be given, but you may substitute another attendee from your organization.  Please e-mail the KSJOA Treasurer Mark Hinkle at ksjoatreasurer@gmail.com to request a substitution.
