I hope each of you have had a good school year and made it through any challenges that came your way.  We are out of school in a couple weeks and it seems the students (and staff) are ready for it!

Registration for this year's training conference in Wichita is going well.  I encourage you to register and reserve a hotel room ASAP.  Conference agenda, information, and registration may be found on the website.  Also, KSJOA Award Nominations and D.A.R.E. Essay of the Year Nominations are now open.

On another important note, the position of Vice President is vacant.  We will be accepting letters of interest for the position.  We will vote for the next Vice President at the general membership meeting on the last day of the conference.  If you are interested in the VP position, please visit VP Election page.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to attend the KLETC Basic SRO Course in June where I will provide feedback on this training.  I also plan to attend the NASRO Conference in July.
